ATTOM (property records, comps), RentCast (rent estimates), FEMA (flood zones), EPA (Superfund and brownfields), FRED (interest-rate context), and US Census (demographic trends). External APIs degrade gracefully if a key is unavailable.
Can I add my own data?
Yes. Upload the OM, T-12, rent roll, and lease pack. The Lease Analyzer reads PDFs, and other agents anchor citations into your uploads.
How long does a CRE run take?
