PROVENANCE AND VERIFICATION

While the Platform employs cryptographic provenance chains to record the source and transformation of analytical content, such provenance attests only to the integrity of the analytical pipeline and not to the truth, accuracy, or completeness of any underlying facts or claims.

CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY

Platform Outputs contain proprietary content owned by Eraversa, Inc. Internal use within your organization (including circulation to colleagues, internal investment committees, and advisors bound by confidentiality obligations to you) is permitted. External redistribution, public posting, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent, except as permitted by your subscription or license agreement with Eraversa, Inc.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These disclosures and your use of any Platform Output are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to any Platform Output shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA, except as otherwise provided in Eraversa, Inc.’s Terms of Service.
